This class represents one of two things:

C<disassociating>: The initial state after calling

C<disassociated>: The virtual private gateway or transit gateway is
disassociated from the Direct Connect gateway. Traffic flow between the
Direct Connect gateway and virtual private gateway or transit gateway
is stopped.
